What is your return policy?

We hope that you love our products! But in the case that the product is not as expected, we understand and will accept returns. As a small business, we require that the buyer will pay for the return shipping.

My products arrived damaged. What should I do?

Where do you ship to?

Currently, we are only shipping within the US. We hope to expand our customer base as soon as we can! Thanks for your patience. 💜

How much is Shipping?

• Cards are $2 flat rate - whether it's 1 or 10! 
• Tote bags are $3.99 flat rate.

The price is for economy shipping (5-8 days). If you need expedited shipping, email us at hello@brightprints.club to get pricing.

Is the art original?

Yes - all art is drawn by us. We do not use clip art, or AI generated art.

How are the products created?

Greeting cards are hand made - printed, cut, folded by us.

Tote bags are created through a 3rd party. We have chosen carefully and tested each product type to ensure the quality is up to our standards. It is our top priority to delivery products that are not only beautiful but also of good quality.
